THE ROLE
This is an opportunity or a commercial property/property finance Solicitor 5+ PQE to join a highly regarded in house legal department
The role will include advising on and negotiating commercial property/property finance transactions, providing legal advice on policy, documentation, process improvements, acting as an interface between the lending teams and the Bank's external conveyancing solicitors, supporting the property lending divisions and the wider in-house legal team on broader commercial issues.
The post holder will be expected to work closely with busiess teams and stakeholders
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role, applicants must be able to demonstrate first rate technical skills with a background in Property / Property finance matters ideally with experience of working in the financial services sector.
