Are you looking to join a large team and continue your experience within commercial property law?
This team is very well established across real estate markets and seeks an additional solicitor to join them in the Investment Team.
Among a broad diet of work, you will be involved in asset sales and purchases, secured lending work on behalf of lender clients and landlord & tenant matters for investment property companies.
In this role, you will gain exposure to clients at every stage of their transaction. You will be encouraged to be involved in business development activities in order to progress your professional standing and reputation.
Your specific PQE is not important for this role, although it is envisaged you will have at least 1 or 2 years of commercial property experience. Your experience does not need to be investment-focused, although an interest to learn about this work will be crucial.
Although Taunton based you will only have to be in the Taunton office once or twice per week. The remainder of your week can be working flexibly from home.
