Senior Corporate Paralegal

Highly Experienced Corporate Paralegal required for an exciting and new law firm in Greater Manchester

Your new company
This is a very exciting and upcoming law firm, with highly ambitious plans to grow to one of the largest corporate and commercial firms in the UK. The company pride themselves on culture; they have a brand new, state of the art office located just five minutes from major transport links, have regular incentives and recently took all employees on a trip to Spain, and operate a four day working week - closing the office entirely every Friday, every week. The firm offer full funding for further qualifications and training, and are happy to fund LPC, LLM, and CILEX/SQE examinations in order to help you reach your full potential.

Your new role
The firm handle the full spectrum of corporate and commercial law for businesses, and are eager to expand their office with highly experienced corporate paralegals. As a senior corporate paralegal within the team, you will handle a wide range of corporate and commercial matters for the firms clients. The firm operate in areas such as corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, dispute resolution, GDPR and commercial contracts. The paralegal would be expected to assist with a range of matters in all areas.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this position, the firm are looking for highly talented individuals who have a solid understanding of the full range of corporate and commercial law. As such they are eager to speak to individuals from corporate and commercial law firms, who ideally have a minimum of five years paralegal experience. They would also consider newly qualified corporate solicitors and the salary offering would reflect this. The firm have a vibrant, fun and exciting culture, and are wanting the successful candidate to buy into this and be outgoing, confident, and fun.

They operate a four day working week, have regular incentives and rewards (recently taking every worker to Spain for bank holiday weekend), and can offer up to £35,000 for this position. They have a new state of the art office which is based very close to transport links and shops.
