Employment Partner - Hybrid Working
Spearheaded by one of the UK's leading Employment Lawyers, this Legal 500 Leading Firm have gone from strength to strength over the last few years. In line with further growth, they are now seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join their team in dealing with some of the most complex HNW Employment matters, focusing on Senior Executives.
Despite offering leading work, this firm provides a very good degree of flexibility, with many of their team working purely remotely, some with flexible hours and enhanced holiday leave. The firm has an office in Central London but does not insist on regular attendance there unless desirable or there are client meetings.
Specialising only in Employment Law, in particular discrimination, whistleblowing and misconduct, this practice can offer a highly dedicated working platform for a senior Employment lawyer to deal with some of the most intricate, complex matters in the market. They provide a bespoke environment with the same quality level of work which you would find at a leading city firm.

The firm and Role:
- This firm has a flagship office in the city, although its scope and client base is both national and international. They have the infrastructure to allow their fee-earners to work remotely/in a hybrid way, making them flexible on location
- Fronted by a leading Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners recommended individual and anyone joining this team would be working closely with the managing partner, giving you great exposure to progress your career.
- The team deal with complex employment work including; discrimination and harassment, equal pay matters, whistleblowing, start-up advice and more. Much of the work the team act on is known to make the mainstream media highlight the significance of the work on offer.
- You will join the firm as a partner assisting with managing their heavy-hitting team whilst also facilitating the firm's rapid growth through business development, recruitment matters and networking.
The ideal candidate:
- You will be a highly experienced employment solicitor of 10+ years PQE, with contentious employment law experience essential.
- A following is viewed as favourable.
- You will be a commercially minded individual able to forge strong business and media links as you develop this rapidly growing firm.
- You will be highly organised and have the ability to manage a team of fee earners through complex employment matters.
