Our client is a leading diversity and inclusion consultancy, who are now seeking a qualified Legal Counsel. Cilex or experienced paralegal to cover for their sole legal counsel on a 12 month contract.
Reporting to the Head of Operations the role will focus on commercial contracting (IE MSAs and tenders), data privacy/protection, IP and HR related matters.
You will either be a qualified Solicitor or non qualified lawyer with existing commercial contracts experience. The role offers good benefits and a rewarding environment.
