Dispute Resolution Solicitor

An exciting opportunity for a 3+PQE Litigation Solicitor to join an established and respected firm offering a wide range of services for private and business clients, with a Legal 500 Litigation team, expanding the team in Shrewsbury.

In this role, you will be expected to provide specialist legal advice regarding diverse commercial and litigation matters. You will provide high grade level of service to private and business clients. During the day, your focus will be on providing advice regarding a wide range of litigation issues and questions including contract disputes, mediation, property and negligence disputes, etc.

The ideal candidate will have the below skills and attributes:

• Relevant experience with civil and commercial litigation
• Commercially aware, well organised and able to participate in business development
• Excellent communication and team working skills
• Providing a high standard of client care and managing client expectations
• Good technical ability
• Willingness to nurture and train junior staff
