The Firm & Team:
- Tier 1 team
- Offers a full service across the entire spectrum of restructuring and insolvency assignments
The Role:
- Work on transactional insolvency mandates
- Reviewing and advising cases for litigation funders
- Advising the major clearing banks and alternative lenders
- Advising directors in connection with their own obligations
- Support partners with contentious insolvency mandates and financial restructurings
- Business development activity
