A top tier international firm is seeking an NQ Pensions Solicitor to bolster their offering in Leeds. This role is offered full time on a permanent basis, with flexible working arrangements available.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The successful candidate will join an experienced and highly regarded team, working with clients such as large global corporations, pension fund trustees, public authorities, pension providers and other financial institutions.

The team handle a wide range of litigation including professional negligence claims, errors in pension scheme documentation, advising on Pension Regulator investigations, dealing with a pension scheme's internal dispute resolution procedure and handling Pension Ombudsman complaints.

THE CANDIDATE

- Solid pensions experience with a reputable firm.
- Strong technical skills and commercial acumen.
- Strong academic record.
