The Role:

This internationally recognised Banking team is growing across their Scottish offices (Edinburgh & Glasgow) at Associate level.

The Banking team are involved in a good spread of premium banking work, including leveraged finance, REF, corporate lending and energy finance. They have been involved in several high-profile deals in 2022 alone. The work typically stems from London, but there is the opportunity to develop a regional client base and exploit their client network to develop your market profile in the region.

With the role moulding around the individual, you will be supported to gain exposure to the areas of work you have the most interest in and develop client relationships from an early stage. You will also be supported to progress your career in line with the team's growth, with no PQE barriers.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Banking Lawyer between 2 - 5 years PQE (E&W and/or Scots qualified)
• Experience gained in a respected Banking & Finance team
• You will have had exposure to one or more of the following: leveraged finance, REF, energy finance, general banking, corporate lending, securitisation
