Funds, Finance, and Regulatory Lawyer NQ+

An independent London office is looking to grow their Funds, Finance, and Regulatory team by recruiting a new associate.
This role would be ideal for a lawyer looking to accelerate their career development within the FFR space via excellent work with funds feeding into the sports, entertainment, and renewable energy sectors.

The successful candidate will be expected to work on a broad range of funds, regulatory matters and financings including acquisitions and project finance deals. This will involve giving and taking security over tangible and intangible syndicated loans and other structured projects.
There will be a high degree of partner involvement on all projects, providing excellent opportunities for mentorship.

Experience within a similar role, either during a training contract, or in practice will be essential for this position.
