Real Estate Solicitor

Fantastic opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor to join our London team. The role will include a wide range of commercial and Real Estate transactional work including Landlord and Tenant matters, commercial leases, investment and disposal transactions, including portfolio transactions. The candidate will be part of a Real Estate group which covers a very wide range of industry transactions.

Demonstrate a background in landlord and tenant work and investment acquisitions and disposalsDemonstrate good judgement and a good legal and commercial understanding of client's particular needsUnderstands scope of task, manages time effectively and performs well under time and work pressuresBe a strong team playerDemonstrate good attention to detailDraft accurately and logicallyBuild rapport with clients and develops an effective working relationshipAttend and assist in organising and hosting of client marketing eventsFlexible and willing to go the extra milehave excellent all round IT skills, MS Office including Excel and Word

Profile

Real Estate Solicitor must:

Be an England and Wales qualified solicitor, or equivalent, (NQ) or be due to qualify by March 2022..Be confident to run own matters under supervision and as part of a teamDemonstrate good time management skillsBe organisedHave a flexible approach and willing to go the extra mileBe confident to work autonomously and as part of a team
