This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Litigation NQ Solicitor/CILEx to work for a successful and growing firm in Uckfield, East Sussex.
As a litigation fee earner, you will be working in a team that prepares and advises on landlord and tenant litigation matters.
Working with supervision from a senior solicitor, you will be responsible for running your own caseload of smaller files including contentious and defended matters, and providing effective support on larger matters.
Clients range from private landlords with a single property to large managing agents and insurance companies.
In order to be considered for this vacancy, you must be either a Newly Qualified Solicitor or a member of CILEx.
Landlord and tenant litigation experience is desirable but not essential as there will be first-class training given in this area of law. However, you must have a good understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and litigation procedures.
