Residential Conveyancing Solicitor /Associate - London

Key requirements for this role are : -

• Essential experience in
  • Dealing with all aspect of residential property
  • Freehold / Leasehold purchases and sales
  • Remortgages
  • New Builds both freehold and leasehold purchases.
  • Preparing Transfers and new leases in any work for developers.
  • New builds with HTB loans
  • Re-mortgages including Company owned properties.
• Desirable experience
  • Knowledge of commercial property
  • Working with a lexcel accredited firm
  • Working within a CQS accredited firm
  • Portfolio purchases.
  • Specific BTL properties
  • HMO properties
• Excellent technical knowledge
• Interest in business development
• Experience of working in a fast-paced organisation and working as part of a team where necessary
• Be able to demonstrate confidence and self-motivation
• Be able to demonstrate running own case load efficiently.
• Attention to detail is essential
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
