Head of Commercial Litigation | 5+ PQE | Strong Regional Firm | Harrogate
An award winning regional firm is seeking a capable Solicitor to Head their highly regarded Commercial Litigation team. This role is offered full time on a permanent basis, with agile working options available.
They are ranked as one of the leading firms in Yorkshire and nationally in 22 areas of work in the Legal 500 and Chambers UK.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The firm has significant expertise in all areas of dispute resolution and litigation, from high profile claims in the High Court, on behalf of clients such as national sporting bodies, to industry-specific disciplinary and administrative tribunals. They have a national reputation for expertise in alternative dispute resolution.
Types of work handled include:
· Commercial disputes
· Mediation and arbitration
· Partner/shareholder disputes
· Property and construction
· Reputation management

· Contentious Trusts and Probate
You will have the desire and ability to market the firm's services and to contribute to bring in business.

THE CANDIDATE
The firm are keen to hear from experienced and highly competent Commercial Litigation Solicitors. The successful applicant is likely to be over 5 years PQE but they are flexible.
You will be confident, well-presented and able to work on your own initiative.
