THE FIRM
One of the UK's leading law firms which has a specialist team working exclusively with charities and not-for-profits.
THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity for a solicitor with a background in charity, corporate or commercial law to take on a broad and varied role.
This will include setting up new charities, drafting and amending governing documents, providing advice on company and charity law, assisting with charity mergers or incorporations and advising on trademarks and commercial contracts such as brand licenses and fundraising agreements.
You will be looking to work with some of biggest operational and grant-making charities in the country.
Specific experience advising charities is not a prerequisite, but demonstrable interest in the charity sector and a willingness to learn and engage in business development is essential.
ABOUT YOU
The role would suit a lawyer NQ-3pqe but the firm is also open to applications from anyone with a genuine interest, including people returning from a career break, with relevant paralegal or in-house experience, or those who have come to law as a second career.
Lipson Lloyd Jones Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
