A well established firm is expanding its Corporate Commercial team and is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor of over 2 years' PQE to join its busy practice in Ashford, Kent.
Our client is a full service law firm with a strong presence in Kent. They have a very loyal client base amongst Kent businesses and have continued to flourish in spite of the commercial stresses arising out of the pandemic.
The Commercial Property department covers a wide range of work including Commercial leases, Property Development, Commercial Conveyancing, Buy to Lets and Retail work. Clients range from developers, to commercial landlords and tenants, banks and financial institutions so there will be a good variety of work for the successful candidate to cover.
The ideal candidate will have over 2 years' PQE in Commercial Property and be capable of carrying their own caseload under supervision. You will be working in a collegiate and friendly team at their office in Ashford. They offer great prospects of progression and a supportive working environment. There is a steady stream of work, so candidates do not need to have business development experience, but it doesn't hurt if you do!
