My client is one of the leading residential constructions companies operating in Yorkshire and the midlands. They are now looking to set up a new role and bring on board an in-house conveyancer. My client has seen continued success over the years and in 2021 exceeded their turnover target and they are projecting continued growth into the future.
The role will involve managing a caseload of plot sales including 'help to buy' and part exchange, ensuring that deadlines for exchanges are met. You will be liaising with the purchaser's solicitors and developer clients and ensuring a smooth process for the customers. This role has been newly created in a bid to bring the legal operations in-house. You would be working closely with the sales and marketing director and the senior sales manager and be based out of the South Yorkshire office, working on a hybrid basis.
Previous experience working as a conveyancer is essential for this role. Candidates will need to be well organised, have excellent communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
