This exciting role will give an ambitious junior Corporate Solicitor the chance to thrive. Providing additional strength and depth to the existing team by supporting the partners with complex corporate and commercial work, you will also have the opportunity to work innovatively and creatively on smaller deals with autonomy. The team advise a wide range of clients to include, start-up companies to large institutions, including UK and overseas private and public companies. The sector focus is the technology and motor sectors offering some really exciting brands. The opportunity to progress is truly endless, the team are focused to hire a technically capable junior lawyer that has an appetite to not only contribute but also help to further develop, drive and progress the position of this team in the Reading market. Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with between 0-4 years’ PQE gained with another leading law firm. You will be responsible for corporate and commercial matters to include mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate advisory, private equity and joint ventures on behalf of both buyers and sellers. It is essential that you are enthusiastic about business development and are excited by the chance to work in a small, thriving and extremely supportive team.
