Highly experienced clinical negligence paralegal required for a leading Manchester City Centre firm


Your new company
This is a highly specialised clinical negligence and serious/catastrophic injury law firm based in Central Manchester. The firm are one if the country's leading consumer law firms and are planning on growing and expanding further within the market. The practice are looking at focusing their development in their medical negligence team following a major growth in workload and new clients. The company take on cases of all value's from Fast Track matters through to multi-million pound multi-track cases.

Your new role
You will play a key role in one of the Medical Negligence teams by working on allocated cases, corresponding with customers and experts to ensure their cases are conducted in a proactive and commercially-focussed manner. You will be joining a quality, large, busy and growing team of clinical negligence experts. You will be working on all aspects of litigation within your team, both pre-litigation and post-litigation work, in a 'cradle to grave' environment. Alongside this, you will be accountable for:

  • Supporting the team to provide outstanding customer care
  • Proactive case management and progression
  • Supporting the delivery of the team's financial performance KPIs
  • Effective and thorough time recording


What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, it is essential that you have gained prior experience in handling a clinical negligence caseload, or worked very closely amongst a clinical negligence team. This experience will be for a minimum of 2 years. Having the LLB and LPC certificates is essential.
