RTA Fraud Paralegal - A opportunity has arisen within this growing motor fraud team to focus on a range of work including LVI and phantom passenger cases. The matters are mainly litigated and the hiring managers are ideally looking for some experience of RTA Fraud, though they are prepared to consider a broader range of experience.

Range of technical RTA Fraud matters for leading clients of the firm
This team has grown to a considerable size and now is one of the dominant players in the market deploying a range of exceptional technical expertise as well as state of the art IT resources. The RTA Fraud department covers all manner of fraud work from LVI work right up to complex multi-track work including organised fraud rings.
The successful candidates will start by working directly with one of the more experienced fee earners within the team assisting them on their matters whilst gradually building up their own caseload.
Opportunities to develop including training contract applications
The successful applicant will work for a number of key clients of the firm, building on their own technical expertise as well as taking advantage of the firm's excellent training initiatives.
There is also the opportunity to progress to more senior roles within the department as well as having the opportunity to apply for a training contract should this be you preferred method of progressing to qualification.
