An experienced banking solicitor is offered the opportunity to join a well regarded banking team based in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with general banking experience and a real desire to work in this busy sector of law to secure a position working alongside highly regarded partners.

The firm's banking team sits within their corporate group and applications are sought from those with 2-6 years' post qualification experience either in general banking or specifically within corporate or property finance.

Work will include:

- Deeds of priority/subordination and inter creditor deeds
- Drafting facility letters including LMA and negotiating the same
- Property finance
- Debt finance
- Acquisition Finance
- Corporate transactions
- Completing property due diligence
- Carrying out post-completion administration
- Attending and being involved in business development and marketing events

You should have experience in acting for both lender and borrower and a keen desire to excel within your chosen field.
