Residential Property Solicitor 3+PQE

Our client, who are a successful South West based firm, are looking to recruit either a qualified solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer with around 3 years' experience in residential property.

You will work on a wide range of residential property matters from their office in Exmouth and your caseload will include a mix of residential conveyancing matters to include sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity.

It is essential that you are either a qualified solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer with around 3 years' experience in residential property. The successful candidate must possess the experience and ability to independently manage a busy caseload.

You will be able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge and the ability to work under pressure.
