They are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team to lead on the development and implementation of business development plans for their Private Client departments (consisting of Tax Planning, Probate, Trust Management, Court of Protection, Family, Residential Conveyancing and Clinical Negligence & Personal Injury). The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in a professional services environment in a Business Development role. The successful candidate will be experienced in marketing and business development as well as being enthusiastic, influential and results driven. Engaging with all sectors within the firm to promote revenue and profitable growth.
Pitching and tendering processes for already existing clients as well as potential clients of the firm.
Analyse and translate business plans into strategies for the Private Client departments.
Undertaking the overall responsibility of the marketing and business development activities for the firm.
Establishing client needs and ensuring relevant fee earners are engages in meeting these needs.
