The Team
The Technology and Complex Transactions Team operates on a national and cross office basis and has a long-standing track record of being known for advising on large scale, critical, complex IT and outsourcing transactions in both the public and private sectors. These projects are comparable to those handled by top tier firms.
They have specialisms in the health sector, central Government, insurance and financial services. We advise a number of household names including FTSE100 and blue chip insurance companies along with disrupters and innovators in the healthtech sector.
The Role
You will be advising and assisting clients in connection with the legal aspects of non-contentious technology transactions, including IT and BPO outsourcings; the procurement of cloud solutions (including AI, blockchain and NFTs), software licence agreements, support and maintenance agreements and professional consultancy agreements.
You will enjoy exposure to large/complex technology procurements in the central Government, health and insurance sectors and so any experience of advising in either of these sectors would also be advantageous, but not essential.
The Candidate
The firm is considering all levels of PQE into our growing tech and complex transactions practice based in our Nottingham or London offices but to work on a cross office and national basis.
