Residential Property Paralegal – This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic residential property Paralegal looking to progress their career. This highly regarded East Sussex firm with an excellent reputation in the Sussex/Kent area and beyond are now looking to recruit a further residential property Paralegal or trainee Legal Executive to join their residential property team.
About the Role
You will be working alongside a small but highly knowledgeable team, assisting on a range of matters such as:
- Completing Stamp Duty and Land Registry Forms
- Drafting contract documentation
- Attending team meetings
- Opening and closing case files
- Booking and co-ordinating meetings
- General file management and case tracking
- Raising bills and liaising with the accounts department
Candidate Requirements
They are seeking a Paralegal or Legal Assistant with at least 2 years experience in residential property transactions and who has strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure whilst prioritising and work to deadlines. The successful candidate will need to have excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
