Contentious Probate Solicitor – Mainly Remote Working
This established law firm is growing its Litigation team and is now looking for a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join the team in Plymouth.
There is plenty of work here and a caseload is ready for you!
This firm is fully agile, and you will only be required to attend the office in Plymouth once every 1 or 2 weeks. It will of course be beneficial for those who need re-training to be present in the office more frequently and those who want to be mainly office based are very welcome.
You will be joining a wider litigation team and work closely with another Contentious Probate Specialist.
Although contentious probate experience would be ideal, this is not essential.
You will already be a litigation solicitor or legal executive, but perhaps currently practising in a different specialism and looking to retrain into contentious probate.
This role can include re-training to suit!
Your caseload will include advising on:
- Claims regarding will validity
- Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
- Proprietary estoppel
- Will rectification
- Trust disputes
- Trustee removal claims
