A rare part-time opportunity at an investment management company who are looking to hire a corporate lawyer to support their venture capital team.
The successful candidate will be involved in supporting the investment team on a variety of matters relating to their private and public company investments, as well as other areas including ESG.
Some experience of early stage/venture capital investment and/or listing rules would be advantageous but is not essential.
This is a great opportunity for someone to carve out their own role and have room for the role to evole.
