Well reputed international firm with c.600 lawyers globally is seeking a Senior or Managing Associate for its Insolvency practice. Description
- Act for insolvency practitioners, directors, lenders, creditors and other stakeholders in relation to all formal insolvency processes.
- Provide full support to the Partners with case management, while supervising and assisting more junior members of the team.
- Engage in business development, drawing on commercial acumen.
- Manage client work allocated by the Partners and provide support across the broader practice.
Key Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with strong academic record and relevant experience in a rated Insolvency practice.
- 5+ years of post qualification experience within Insolvency Litigation.
- Experience across corporate and personal insolvency, debt recovery and financial restructuring.
- Commercially driven with demonstrable client management skills.
