Description
As a Corporate Paralegal with this firm you will be supporting the team on a range of corporate matters, mainly involving mergers and acquisitions. A typical day could include carrying out research tasks for fee earners, filing companies house forms, aiding with due diligence and drafting of legal documents.
Profile
You will be based in Birmingham and have excellent time management and communication skills. Due to the nature of the work that the team complete, it would be highly beneficial if you could were fluent in German.
