This West Coast US firm is looking for a 2-6 PQE England & Wales trained Corporate solicitor, with a broad base of experience, which will include Public Companies M&A and ECM. The role will offer the scope to undertake some Private M&A as well.
This hire is part of the firm's wider strategy to grow out the London team, following the recent hires of two Partners from a leading West Coast US firm.
