This is the opportunity for an Intellectual Property Disputes Solicitor to join a Chambers rated IP team working on big ticket IP Litigation instructions often with an international element.

The client base is multi-sector but with a strong focus on fashion, retail and leisure clients meaning you will get the chance to work with household named clients.
Are you are a Dublin based ambitious solicitor looking to specialise in contentious IP matters. This is a fantastic role for a solicitor upwards of 2 year PQE to develop a niche in contentious IP matters.

This is a chance not to be missed to join a top ranked IP team, with the opportunity to work cross office on work of the highest quality which is often reported in the press.

The role will predominantly involve handling contentious IP matters, with a smaller proportion of general commercial litigation matters to include disputes in relation to breach of contract, agency, breach of confidence and licensing.

The ideal candidate must have a good academic record and handled contentious Intellectual Property matters. You will be expected to have a good knowledge of IP law to include copyright, trade marks, registered and unregistered designs, passing off, and breach of contract.
