A top tier international firm is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to bolster their Property, Energy & Infrastructure team in Leeds. This opportunity is offered on a full time on a permanent basis, with agile working options available.

This global firm have significant multinational credentials in real estate and are highly respected for delivering high-quality legal advice.

The Leeds team is made up of 30 lawyers (part of the 180 lawyer real estate practice). Real Estate is one of the firm's key sectors, as is the Energy and Infrastructure team, enabling the successful candidate to play a part in a vital element of the business.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The successful candidate joining this friendly and dynamic team will encounter a broad range of energy and infrastructure property work, acting for a range of high-profile clients on large and nationally significant energy and infrastructure transactions. In particular the successful candidate will work on wind (on and offshore), solar, hydro and nuclear transactions in the energy sphere and road, rail and ports and other major infrastructure projects, acting for a mix of clients, including public authorities, developers, investors, funders and utility companies.
