Sellick Partnership are happy to be working with a well regarded local authority in Bedfordshire to secure a locum housing lawyer to join their team.
If successful in applying for this new housing lawyer role, you will be working remotely from home, but must be able to attend court once a week or once every two weeks. The role will pay £40-50 per hour and the contract will be for an initial 3 month contract with the possibility of being extended further.
The successful Housing Lawyer will ideally have public sector housing experience which will be beneficial in their role but the client is also happy to consider private practice candidates with significant housing experience. Our client is happy to consider qualified solicitor, barrister or legal executive but is also keen to hear from experienced housing law paralegals.
As a Housing Litigation Lawyer your role will include, but is not limited to:
- Mainly Housing disrepair claims
- Possession proceedings
- Advice related work
