£45 - 50 per hour

Civil Litigation Lawyer is required to join a local authority based in the South of London for a period of 6 months initially with the view to extend thereafter depending on permanent recruitment.

Our client is looking for an experienced civil litigator who is able to general civil litigation matters which will include the following;

- Contract Disputes

- Property Disputes

-Debt recovery on sundry debts

-Judicial Reviews

-Civil Claims

You will have fantastic support from a paralegal who you will be responsible for. They will assist with drafting of documentation and preparing bundles on your behalf.

The client is happy for candidates to work the role on a remote working basis.

Our client is happy to consider candidates on either a 4 or 5 day week basis.
