Hybrid Working
A Head of Legal is required to join a NHS Organisation in the Home Counties on a temporary basis for an initial period of 3 months, with the view that this could be extended.
It is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience of working within the NHS or working on behalf of NHS organisations. The organisation is ideally looking for a solicitor, barrister or legal executive but will also consider non-qualified candidates.
The successful Head of Legal will ideally be able to go into the office 2 days a week, working on a hybrid working model and working across two sites and supported by Deputy Head of Legal Service.
Candidates will ideally have previous management experience and will manage a small caseload of their own.
As a Head of Legal Services, your role will include, but is not limited to:
- Supporting the team in relation to delegation, building relationships internally and externally and assist with training requirements
- Working with the team on litigation based work to include inquests, clinical negligence and claims work
- Management and leading the legal team
