Personal Injury Paralegal EL/PL - This is a highly-regarded team which specialises in defending EL/PL claims on behalf of major insurance companies as well as other clients eg local authorities and other public bodies.
They are recruiting at a number of different levels in the team and are interested in speaking to candidates at various ranges of experience. The nature of the work and the team means that no two days are the same from volume work to technical, high-value catastrophic injury. - Previous experience: Ideally a minimum of 6-12 months paralegal experience in personal injury but the hiring managers are willing to look at candidates from a range of backgrounds and levels of experience including law school leavers with strong academics and who have completed the LPC.

As such, they can offer fantastic, long-term career progression. They are also involved in challenging cross-border matters relating to multiple jurisdictions.
The team also has key specialisms in advising sector-specific clients in particular areas such as the private and public sector as well as 'third sector'. Furthermore, they train and host seminars to keep their clients up-to-speed with the latest caselaw and statutory developments in this area. This is a dynamic department handling a varied mix of work for a range of clients from straight forward 'slips and trips' to more complex injury all the way up to high-value large loss claims.
