The Role:

• This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a Restructuring & Insolvency Senior Associate to join the firm's L500 department in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
• To align with the firm's amiable ethos, you will be an experienced individual with a unique personality, keen to advise a range of household names and large national corporates
• You will manage a blended caseload of contentious & non-contentious R&I work, including distressed M&As, CVAs, cross-border insolvencies, directors' duties and asset recoveries
• As a Senior Associate, you will also mentor junior members of the Restructuring & Insolvency team and offer constructive training to support their development
• This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda - the firm are succession planning and keen to find the next generation of senior Lawyers, providing you with the platform for future partnership

The Ideal Candidate:

• An experienced Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor with 5 to 8 years PQE
• Strong business development capabilities
• First-class communication and an entrepreneurial flair
