As a Commercial Partner/Senior Lawyer, are you looking to have a national presence and the backing of a Top 70 without the lifestyle drawbacks usually attributed to upmarket work?

The Firm

The service provided by the Top 100 firm is recognised by Chambers UK, The Legal 500 and The Sunday Times in response to their prestigious practice.

Committed to the development and long-term support of all staff, the firm's mission is that people should ultimately enjoy their work whilst being platformed to develop professionally in sync with personal goals.

This emphasis on "people-first" is where the firm takes pride in being different, leading to fruitful client relationships, continued business growth, excellence in service and longstanding teams of some of the highest regarded lawyers in the UK.

The firm is a longstanding national example of up-market work, without the lifestyle drawbacks felt by those active in similar markets.

The Role

Commercial Partner to join Top 70, L500-ranked team in Bristol

To facilitate ongoing national growth, the firm seeks a commercially-minded Commercial Partner or Legal Director/Senior Associate to step up to leadership in Bristol.

Working with the existing team for live clients, whilst taking the reins on your own future practice, you'll provide advice on contractual requirements incl. long-term supply agreements, outsourcing contracts and distribution agreements, whilst aiding the development of colleagues and hygiene of the overall offering.

Open to those that are sector-agnostic, or with established expertise. The team is noted nationally for their work in Energy, Financial Services and Tech, whether international or at start-up, with increasing publicly-orientated work.

Having some of the lowest financial expectations for Members, many from the City and more demanding firms often look at the team as their forever home. Many of the existing leadership team opt for a 4 day week, with flexibility and remote working being available as the norm pre-covid.
