Our client is a top US law firm, with an outstanding market reputation for Corporate M&A and Energy work.
The partners are looking for a mid-level Corporate M&A / Energy Associate to join the London office.
They are specifically interested in Corporate lawyers who are willing to turn their hand to Projects and Energy work if needed. This person will be used to operating at a high level and will actively take the lead on deals. The team has a strong pool of juniors, so there will be support on both ends.
Remuneration is top of the market.
