Our client is a top US law firm, with an outstanding market reputation for Finance work.
The partners are looking for a 1-5 PQE Finance Associate to join the London office.
The practice is extremely broad in nature, including a mix of borrower and lender work, private equity sponsor work, acquisition finance, re-financings, and some bond work (where required).
It’s a small team offering high levels of responsibility and a flat, supportive structure.
The partners are particularly interested in associates who have a strong grounding in international and complex Finance matters. Experience of acquisition finance and restructuring is also desirable.
Remuneration is top of the market.
