In-house lawyer / counsel


A top 10 FTSE business, my client is looking for a commercial lawyer to join them to support on a 6 month contract based out of their Central London office, starting as soon as possible


Due to the imminent release of new products across multiple jurisdictions, they need an additional lawyer to support the marketing team providing legal support and regulatory advice to the marketing function globally. The focus will be on analysing and drafting key marketing contracts, as well as advising on the application of marketing and product regulations to company products, summarising advice to stake holders, supporting on legal review of marketing campaigns etc.

The ideal candidate will be available to start ASAP and have 2+ years PQE with good general commercial experience and ideally experience of advising marketing departments . Private practice candidates will be considered. The successful candidate will need to be a fast learner and have good IT skills.

This is an inside ir35 role with a hybrid working pattern (3 days in the office, 2 from home)
