Public Procurement and Contracts Lawyer

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Lawyer to join a lovely, well-respected central government team in the Yorkshire region.

This is a locum position, the successful Contracts Lawyer will be required to work full-time, and the role would be fully remote working initially, in the future hybrid working would be required.

The contracts lawyer will have a good understanding of commercial and contact law, advising on various areas;

• Commercial contracts
  * public procurement
  * construction
  * information technology
  * intellectual property
  * public law aspects of commercial work/commercial decision making
  * grants and state aid

This contracts lawyer role is great opportunity for someone wanting to join a team offering a variety of work. The contracts lawyer will need to have experience of dealing with public procurement from either a public or private sector background.

The role is initially for 6 months with a strong possibility of extension.
