Our client is a full service law firm and is ranked in the Legal 500 across a their practice areas. The dispute resolution department represents clients across a wide range of disputes, with a particular emphasis on property litigation. They are looking for a strong property litigator with around 2-4 years' PQE or equivalent.
The team look after clients dealing with disputes over service charges, possession claims, boundary disputes, forfeiture, rights of way and large scale disputes in the rental sector.
To be considered for this position you will have at least 2 years' PQE and have a background in property litigation. You will be able to work independently and have the desire to build your practice through active business development. In return you will be offered a generous salary depending on your level of experience plus a full benefits package.
