This is an incredible opportunity for a commercial lawyer to join a global business undergoing incredible growth through acquisition. This is an organisation spanning globally across the US, Australia and Europe.

You will join an established team and be immersed in some of the most interesting legal issues on a global level.

As Legal Counsel, you will provide legal advice on a wide range of commercial contracts, including digital and print publications, video production, eCommerce, digital advertising, events, licensing, subscriptions, distribution and contract publishing and price and product comparison services.

You'll support the corporate development and M&A activities whilst dealing with a wide verity of legal matters from across business.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in house or private practice.
• Background in commercial law, and advising on a broad range of commercial issues, essential.
• In-house and/or corporate experience welcome but not essential.
• Commercially focused, attuned to achieving business needs whilst ultimately managing legal risk; a strategic thinker who looks at the wider issues in proposing commercial solutions.
• Clearly expresses complex ideas and information, using appropriate styles and approaches for different audiences.
