An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join a Manchester based firm working as a sales progressor looking after a manageable portfolio and exchanging a targeted number of properties.
You must have previous conveyancing experience and understand the conveyancing process as you will be liaising with vendor, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors, and other estate agents.
You will be required to have excellent customer service skills both written and verbal.
The firm offers a great starting salary, progression opportunities and excellent bonus/commission.

Duties include
- Sending out memos, chasing access calls, dealing with surveys & renegotiations, helping clients fill out paperwork, speaking to solicitors, and anything that is required to progress the file to the point of exchange.
- Up sell some of our recommended financial services/solicitors and get paid generously for these.
- Update and maintain notes for your portfolio, and keep clients fully updated with the progress
- Renegotiating
- Proactive approach required
- Organising daily workflow
- Dealing with sales all over the country and in Scotland
