Description
The role of Legal Counsel will have the following responsibilities:
Taking the lead when providing effective and timely legal advice, analysis and support for matters relating to the procurement, outsourcing and acquisition of commercial products.
Involvement in building positive relationships with cross-functional teams and internal partners.
Proactively progress matters through to a conclusion by way of efficient and effective planning.
Stay up to date with key legal developments.
Profile
Suitable candidates for this role of Legal Counsel will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor in the UK or relevant jurisdiction.
- Broad commercial lawyer.
- NQE - 5 Years PQE.
