A leading city law firm is recruiting for a Finance lawyer at Associate NQ+ ton join their Banking and Finance team, offering great work life balance, and high levels of responsibility. Clients include major clearing banks, commercial and private banks, non-bank lenders, investment funds, institutional investors, corporate borrowers, hedge funds and family offices.

This is a directory ranked banking and finance team, with industry recognised partners, allowing a great opportunity to develop under their expertise, within a supportive and collaborative group.

Your responsibilities will include working and advising on all aspects of loan and security terms, and financing transactions. Specifically leverage, real estate, structured, Islamic and receivables, restructuring existing facilities.

A successful candidate will be England and Wales qualified or equivalent, and have broad general banking and finance experience, with excellent academics.
