Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Barrister 6+ years’ PQE/Call CAYMAN ISLANDS

Leading offshore law firm in the Cayman Islands is looking to recruit an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Barrister of 6 or more years’ PQE/Call. The Cayman Islands Dispute Resolution and Litigation practice advises institutional and non-institutional clients both locally and internationally on contentious and non-contentious matters.  Working alongside a dynamic team, you will play an integral role in continuing to build this successful practice. The successful candidate will be able to cover the full spectrum of Commercial Litigation transactions, including company disputes, arbitrations insolvency and restructuring matters and other multi-party and cross-border proceedings.

If you are a Solicitor, our client will consider candidates with general Commercial Litigation experience. If you are a Barrister, they are particularly keen to hear from those who frequently undertake Commercial Litigation cases. Applications are welcome from Solicitors and Barristers working in the England & Wales or Scottish jurisdictions. It goes without saying that applications are also welcome from those lawyers already working offshore.
