Are you an experienced employment solicitor who is ready to take on a more active role within a firm. Fed up with not being able to progress your career as quickly as you'd like this could be the ideal position for you.
You will be dealing with all aspects of employment work advising both employers and employees on issues such as discrimination, redundancy, unfair dismissal, employment contracts and compromise agreements as well as providing support to the corporate / commercial department on employment issues that arise out of business transactions. You will be dealing with both contentious and non-contentious work.
The firm already act for a wide range of client but you will be working mainly with employer clients. You should ideally have some advocacy experience as the role will enable you to develop these skills.
The team is very small and so you will have great career development prospects.
