Employment lawyer NQ – 2 years’ PQE BRISTOL

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and ambitious solicitor to join and help grow this firm’s Employment Practice in Bristol and, as such, is seeking to recruit an Employment lawyer of 0 to 2 years’ PQE. The team specialises in managing complex, high profile and high risk situations and are thus are thus regularly instructed to appear before Employment Tribunals, the Employment Appeal Tribunal, the High Court and the Court of Appeal. They also manage the legal problems facing individuals including senior executives, CEOs, partners, founders and board members. The successful candidate will provide advice to a range of both private and public sector clients on all aspects of Employment law, including Employment law compliance, major HR projects (restructuring, outsourcing, etc) strategic employment law, severance, trade union and collective issues, and employment contracts and policies. Qualified candidates will currently specialise in Employment matters and newly-qualified candidates will have undertaken a seat in Employment law.
